Introduction

Welcome to the Hostverse Affiliate Program! By participating in this program, you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them thoroughly to ensure a successful partnership.

Eligibility

1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Participants must possess a valid, active website or social media platform for the promotion of Hostverse services.

Affiliate Obligations

1. Promotion and Content: Affiliates are expected to ethically promote Hostverse services, ensuring all promotional content is accurate and aligns with Hostverse’s brand values.
2. Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to advertising, privacy, and data security.

Commission and Payments

1. Earning Commissions: Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on each invoice of referred clients who purchase Hostverse services through the affiliate’s unique referral link.
2. Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal limit for earned commissions is set at $10.00. Affiliates must accumulate at least this amount to request a withdrawal.
3. Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, subject to reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold.
4. Payment Method: Payments are processed through bank transfer or another pre-agreed method. Affiliates must provide accurate banking details to receive payments.

Intellectual Property

1. Use of Hostverse Materials: Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use Hostverse’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Hostverse services.
2. Ownership: All intellectual property rights of Hostverse materials remain with Hostverse.

Termination

1. The affiliate agreement can be terminated by either party with written notice.
2. Affiliates must cease the use of Hostverse promotional materials and trademarks upon termination.
3. Breach of Terms: If an affiliate account is terminated due to a breach of Hostverse’s terms, the affiliate’s account will be terminated, and they will no longer be entitled to the 10% commission on referred clients’ monthly bills. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to the affiliate, and any clients referred by the affiliate will also be notified. Affiliates will lose any built-up commissions they have earned if the terms are breached.

Liability

1. Hostverse shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to the affiliate’s participation in the program.
2. Affiliates act as independent contractors, not as employees of Hostverse.

Modification of Terms

Hostverse reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes, and continued participation will signify acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hostverse operates, excluding its conflict of law principles.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the Hostverse Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
