    1.3. “Hostverse Portal” denotes Hostverse’s customer account, billing, and management portal, available online.

    1.4. “Hostverse Rewards”, “Reward Program”, or “Program” refers to Hostverse’s customer loyalty and rewards initiative.

    1.5. “We”, “our”, or “us” represents Hostverse and its associated entities.

    1.6. “You” or “your” refers to the individual listed as the primary account holder in the Hostverse Rewards Program.

  5. Earning Rewards

    5.1. Customers can earn rewards through activities specified by Hostverse, including making purchases, referring friends, and participating in promotions.

    5.2. Rewards are subject to change, expiration, or other conditions as determined by Hostverse.

  6. Reward Redemption

    6.1. Customers may redeem their rewards in line with the redemption options provided by Hostverse.

  7. Communication

    7.1. Customers agree to receive emails and/or SMS messages related to Hostverse Rewards to the email address and/or phone number registered with their account.

    7.2. Customers who do not wish to receive these communications must exit the Hostverse Rewards Program.

  8. Program Abuse

    8.1. Hostverse reserves the right to monitor accounts for abuse or fraudulent activity and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, at its discretion.

  9. Data Privacy

    9.1. Hostverse will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Rewards Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information.

  10. Termination

10.1. Hostverse may terminate or suspend the Rewards Program, your participation, or your account at any time for any reason without notice.

11.1. Hostverse may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

By participating in the Hostverse Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in termination of your participation and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
